Hi friends!
I decided to make a portrait of one of my favorite characters to keep my likeness skills sharp. Usually at work, I create digital doubles using highly accurate lidar scans, so the likeness aspect is often already established.
I admit it's been challenging to get the proportions right. I've done a few lineups by eye, but the most helpful tool has been scrolling through scenes of the TV show to observe the actress moving and study her from various angles.
Of course, the work isn't finished yet. Grooming, texturing, and shading are still to come! :D

ps: I wish I will have freckles in my next life.
